How to Set IBM Laptop Boot from CD/DVD via IBM BIOS SETUP

IBM was once famous computer brand, so we share a typical BIOS SETUP case to you. This tutorial shows you how to set you it to boot from CD/DVD-ROM via change boot order in IBM BIOS SETUP.

1. Turn on your IBM computer, when IBM system starts. press F1 (How to Enter Your BIOS SETUP via BIOS Key) to enter SETUP.

2. In the System Configuration and Boot Management screen, use up/down key to highlight Boot Manager option, press Enter.

3. On the Boot Manager screen: use up/down key to highlight Change Boot Order. Press Enter.

4. Use +/- key to move the CD/DVD ROM item to the first boot device. Press Enter to save your change, insert your bootable CD/DVD DISK and hit ESC to Exit. After rebooting, it will boot from your CD.
